How do I change my primary email?

By default, your primary email is the one you used when you first signed in to My Credit Sense, but you can change it if you want to. We'll use your primary email if we ever need to identify your account or contact you.

If you want to remove that email or social profile from your account, you'll first need to link another account and change your primary email.

  1. Sign in to your account at my.creditsense.com.au.

  2. Click the profile avatar.

  3. Click Profile.

  4. Select your new Primary email.

  5. Click Save changes.
