How do I deactivate my account?

It's easy to deactivate your account if you no longer wish to access My Credit Sense.

1. Sign in to your account at my.creditsense.com.au.

2. Click the profile avatar.

3. Click Update profile.

4. Click Deactivate my account.

5. Click Withdraw consent.

6. A dialog will open explaining what happens if you deactivate your account. Read the details and click Deactivate my account to confirm.

If you have an active subscription to one of our paid plans, we'll automatically cancel your subscription when you deactivate your account.
