How do I get a refund?

If you're unhappy with the services we've provided, we'll happily arrange a refund of your subscription. To request a refund:
Sign in to your account at my.creditsense.com.au.
Click the profile avatar to open the profile menu.
Click Get help in the profile menu.
Send us the details of your issue via email and let us know that you'd like a refund.
We'll respond to you within three business days and process your refund in line with our refund policy.
We're always aiming to improve our services so we welcome any feedback you can provide when requesting a refund.
Refunds can only be paid back to the payment method used to purchase a subscription.
