How do I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription to access any additional features at any time. If you upgrade your subscription during a billing cycle, we'll prorate the amount (e.g. if you change from a $5 per month plan to a $10 per month plan halfway through the month, we'll calculate how many days to charge the $10 per month plan for and only bill you that for your next payment).

1. Sign in to your account at my.creditsense.com.au.

2. Click the profile avatar to open the profile menu.

3. Click Manage subscription in the profile menu.

4. Your billing portal will open. Click Update plan.

5. Select your new plan and click Continue.

6. Review your plan changes and any payment due today then click Confirm.
