How do I downgrade my subscription?
You can downgrade your subscription at any time if you don't want the additional features you're currently paying for. If you downgrade your subscription during a billing cycle, we'll prorate the amount (e.g. if you change from a $10 per month plan to a $5 per month plan halfway through the month, we'll calculate how many days to charge the $5 per month plan for and credit you the different during your next payment).
Sign in to your account at my.creditsense.com.au.
Click the profile avatar to open the profile menu.
Click Manage subscription in the profile menu.
Your billing portal will open. Click Update plan.
Select your new plan and click Continue.
Review the plan changes and click Confirm.
After downgrading your subscription, you'll still have access to all of the reports you created on the higher plan.
