How do I update my payment details?

You can update your payment details at any time while you have an active subscription. Updated payment details will be used on your next scheduled payment date.

1. Sign in to your account at my.creditsense.com.au.

2. Click the profile avatar to open the profile menu.

3. Click Manage subscription in the profile menu.

4. Your billing portal will open. In the PAYMENT METHOD section, click + Add payment method.

5. Enter your payment details and click Add.

6. You'll be returned to your billing portal. Optionally remove unwanted payment methods or change your default payment method using the More actions menu.
