How do I connect a bank?

💡 You'll need an active subscription to connect a bank.

  1. Sign in to your account at my.creditsense.com.au.

  2. Click Banks in the navigation menu.

  3. Click Connect my bank on the first bank card in the list.

  4. Click Supply bank statements.

  5. Confirm your email and click START.

  6. Review the consent agreement and click I CONSENT.

  7. Select your bank and click CONTINUE.

  8. Enter your credentials and click SUBMIT.

  9. (Optional) If your bank uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to secure your account, you'll be prompted to respond to the MFA challenge.

  10. Once your bank is connected, you'll be returned to my.creditsense.com.au and able to view your My Money Health report.
