How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription during a billing cycle, we'll let you continue to access the products and services of your plan until your next payment would have been due (e.g. if you normally get billed on the 25th of every month and you cancel your subscription on the 10th, you will still have access to the paid plan features for the remaining 15 days).
Sign in to your account at my.creditsense.com.au.
Click the profile avatar to open the profile menu.
Click Manage subscription in the profile menu.
Your billing portal will open. Click Cancel plan.
Review the details of your plan cancellation and click Cancel plan to confirm.
Depending on your current plan, you may also be able to downgrade your subscription without cancelling if you're looking to spend less.
After cancelling your subscription, you'll still have access to all of the reports you created as a paid subscriber, and you'll retain access to all paid features until your billing period ends.
